  • When can you for enter and leave the apartment?

    The Gajdašić Apartments are at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment by 10 am so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

  • Is it possible to arrange a later time for leaving the apartment?

    In the event your apartment is available, there is the possibility by agreement with your host, to leave later or to extend your stay for an appropriate fee.

  • How do I collect the keys to the apartment?

    Upon your arrival, the host will meet you, show you the apartment and hand over the keys.

  • Does the host live in the same building?

    Yes, hosts live on the ground floor of the property and the apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. They are oriented in such a way that there is no physical contact with the host's space, except when required by the guest.

  • Do I need to hand over any IDs to the host?

    Yes, all users of the apartment need to hand over their ID details to the host for mandatory record-keeping of guests in the e-visitor system. Once registration is completed, the documents will be returned to you immediately.

  • Do I have guaranteed parking?

    Yes, each apartment is allocated one free parking space on the property. In the event you arrive using more than one vehicle, there is a public area next to the property where you can also park.

  • Is WiFi available in the apartment?

    Unlimited use of the WiFi network is available in all rooms of the apartment at no extra charge.

  • Are the apartments equipped with towels?

    Yes, all Gajdasic Apartments are equipped with towels for personal hygiene which are changed twice a week.

  • What other hygiene supplies does the apartment provide?

    All our apartments are provided with liquid hand soap andwashing up liquid/detergent for washing dishes by hand and for a washing machine, for the entire duration of their stay in the apartment. Toilet paper and tissue paper are also provided for the first few days of their stay.

  • Are there any additional costs for the accommodation?

    We are happy to say there aren't. The costs of tourist tax, cleaning and utilities are included in the rental price.

  • How far is the apartment from the sea and the city centre?

    The distance from the sea is 450 m and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The centre is 900 m away or 15 minutes by foot.
    We recommend all our guests to use their cars as little as possible because of the limited number of parking spaces in the town of Crikvenica, and your body will also be grateful.

  • Is there a safe place where I can put my bike if I bring it with me?

    Yes, the Gajdasic Apartments have an enclosed garage where you can store your bike. However, we still recommend that you lock your bikes because all guests have access to the garage.

  • Can I take my pet on the vacation?

    Although we love animals, unfortunately, due to other guests we are unable to allow any pets to stay in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If there are any damages to the apartment during our stay, who do we pay for the repair?

    Any damage incurred to the apartment should be reported immediately to the host, with whom you will deal with the situation by mutual agreement.

  • Is the apartment equipped with a washing machine?

    Some of our apartments also have a washing machine. In case you require a washing machine but are staying in an apartment which doesn't have one, please don't hesitate to contact the host.

  • Are the apartments wheelchair-accessible?

    Unfortunately not. The Gajdasic Apartments do not have a built-in elevator and reaching the apartments within the building requires the use of stairs.

  • What if I have to cancel my stay, am I entitled to a refund?

    If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find the optimal solution for both parties. Any resolution depends solely on the reasons given and time of cancellation.
